Hair Cutting Course “I SARGASSI – Style and Methodology” – 2 months
The course, divided into two levels, aims at teaching the SARGASSI haircut method: internationally recognized, appreciated for its simplified, winning technique, and based on geometric rules, which make every kind of haircut reproducible. An excellent course to reach a great level of competence thanks to the continuous tutoring. The professionalism of the I SARGASSI teaching staff will help the students find their weaknesses and strengths.
Active participation by each candidate will help to identify individual complexities in order to improve the already acquired skills
There will be an exam after the completion of each level. Certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
The course schedule includes:
HAIRCUT, 1ST LEVEL:
– Geometry applied to the haircut;
– Physics;
– Head anatomy and face reading;
– Critical factors before a haircut;
– Postural analysis applied to the haircut;
– Haircut techniques, 1st level: full shape (medium/long hair), graduated (medium/short hair), progressive layers (short hair).
The first level lasts 16 days (4 weeks), 112 hours in total.
After the completion of this level, an evaluation form will be provided.
HAIRCUT, 2ND LEVEL:
– Study and execution of the nine groove techniques;
– Study and execution of combinations of groove techniques to create a great variety of hairstyles;
– Study, analysis, and evaluation of the cranial structure, hair type, density, and flexibility to create individual hairstyles;
– Study of haircut techniques for different hair types (European, Caribbean, African, and Asian).
The second level lasts 16 days (4 weeks), 112 hours in total.
After the completion of this level, an evaluation form will be provided.
REQUIRED MATERIAL:
– 4 heads;
– Scissors;
– Hair dryer;
– Bristles hairbrush (large, medium, small);
– Small brushes;
– Denman (large and small);
– Comb (large and small);
– Multipurpose disinfectant;
– Spray bottle.
